YOSHIKI CLASSICAL World Tour 2014

Yoshiki, the leader and drummer/pianist of X Japan (one of the top Japanese hard rock bands), is known for his performance using Kawai’s Transparent Grand Piano. Not only the band activity but his talent as a musician who creates various kinds of music including classically influenced orchestral music is highly evaluated around the world.

From April 25th to June 17th, his first solo world tour “YOSHIKI CLASSICAL WORLD TOUR 2014” was held at Costa Mesa, San Francisco, Mexico City, Moscow, Berlin, Paris, London, Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok, Taipei, Tokyo and Osaka. With the assistance of the Kawai distributors in each city, Kawai supported the tour with the provision of Kawai EX and SK-EX full concert grand pianos and highly skilled MPA piano technicians at each performance venue.

San Francisco U.S. Davies Hall (April 28th, 2014)

His performance struck a chord with the audience so much so that crying voices heard at all the venues. Receiving the standing ovations, the 2-month world concert tour ended with great success. His band, X Japan, is expected to perform at Madison Square Garden in New York city on October 11th, 2014. We can’t our eyes off from their activity.
